Agreement

By downloading and using Dashcam Export, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Provider and Assignment

These terms are currently between you and Johan Thorén, the provider of Dashcam Export. References to "I", "me", or the "Provider" include Johan Thorén and any successor that owns or operates Dashcam Export.

The Provider may assign or transfer this agreement, including its rights and obligations, to a company or another successor in connection with incorporation as a company, reorganization, merger, sale, or transfer of all or part of the business or assets of Dashcam Export. The successor assumes the transferred obligations, and the transfer will not reduce your rights under these terms or applicable law. This agreement continues without requiring new acceptance solely because of that transfer.

License

Dashcam Export is licensed, not sold. When you purchase Dashcam Export through the Mac App Store, you receive a license to use the software on any Mac you own or control, subject to Apple's usage rules.

You may not redistribute, reverse engineer, or modify the software. The license is personal and non-transferable.

App Store Terms

Dashcam Export is distributed through the Mac App Store. Your purchase and use of the app is also subject to Apple's Standard License Agreement and App Store Terms of Service.

No Warranty & Limitation of Liability

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

I DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL I BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL MY TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT OR THE SOFTWARE EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SOFTWARE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

I do my best to make the software reliable and useful, but I can't guarantee it will work perfectly in every situation. I'm not responsible for any data loss, damage, or other issues that may arise from using the software. Always keep backups of your important files.

Changes to Terms

I may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
