1. Provide Camera Details

• Camera Brand (e.g., Garmin, Nextbase)
• Camera Model (e.g., Dash Cam 67W, 622GW)

2. Generate File Structure Report

I need to know exactly how your camera names and organizes its files to build a parser for it. Please run this command on your Mac to generate a report:

1. Connect your Dashcam SD card to your Mac.
2. Open the Terminal app (press ⌘Space, type "Terminal", and hit Enter).
3. Type cd (make sure to include the space), drag your SD card icon from Finder into the Terminal window, and press Enter.
4. Copy and paste this command, then press Enter:

   find . -maxdepth 4 -not -path '*/.*' > ~/Downloads/file_structure.txt

5. Attach the generated file_structure.txt file (found in your Downloads folder) to your email.

What to send

• Send the complete original camera folder, including all clips and metadata files.
• Remove sensitive material before sending.

Already-supported cameras still count: if I have no real fixtures for that model or family yet, your sample is what lets me verify it properly, and it qualifies for the promo code.

Privacy and deletion

Donated clips become local validation fixtures and are never published.

• Sensitive details not needed for compatibility are ignored.
• I will delete donated footage on request.

What Happens Next?

I’ll analyze the file structure and video format of your camera. If it’s compatible with the app’s architecture, I’ll add support in an upcoming update. I may reply to your email if I need more sample footage or details to get the synchronization perfect.
